Core Faculty Change Request Form

The Core Faculty Change Request Form is used to record any changes in Core Faculty in an approved emergency medicine, emergency medical services, family medicine/emergency medicine, internal medicine/emergency medicine, and toxicology residency or fellowship programs. Core Faculty Information Form

Advanced Standing

Advanced Standing is the processes by which program directors may request credit for individual residents who have completed training in other specialty residency programs and have that potential credit applied to the resident’s emergency medicine training program.  This credit is granted on an individual, case-by-case basis. Transfer Credit Form

Transfer Credit is the processes by which program directors document credit for individual residents who have received training in another AOA or ACGME accredited emergency medicine residency program. By requesting transfer credit, residents will obtain credit toward their emergency medicine training program. This credit is documented to ensure full credit for all training obtained in Emergency Medicine.
