Overall Learning Objectives

ACOEP CME activities are designed to offer tools, strategies and practical skills  emergency healthcare professionals can immediately integrate into their daily practice. At the conclusion of the 2019 Spring Seminar participants will be able to:

  • Alter their current practice patterns in accordance with the latest data.
  • Apply and/or perform new techniques based on best practices.
  • Practice evidence-based informed emergency medicine.
  • Demonstrate change in competence and performance to improve patient care.

Educational Experience Goals

The educational experience of the Spring Seminar will:

  1. Create a forum for discussion on current & critical issues occurring in emergency medicine.
  2. Inform, enable and update emergency medicine practitioners on current guidelines and evidence-based recommendations to improve patient care in the emergency department.
  3. Support emergency medicine practitioners’ efforts in making impactful practice changes by providing the necessary tools, strategies and practical skills that can immediately be integrated into daily practice to improve patient care.

Accreditation & Credit Statements

ACOEP is accredited by the AOA to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

The ACOEP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
