Advanced Pediatrics/Adult Airway Workshop: Don’t Hold Your Breath

Direct laryngoscopy is no longer the single means of intubating a patient. This hands-on workshop will explore varying technological intubation modalities for the treatment of patients with difficult airways in the ED.

Critical Care Workshop: Keys to the Black Box of Shock

Tuesday, April 9: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

This hands-on workshop will explore the evidence-based best practices and clinical recommendations for the care of the critically ill patient. Topics include bleeding disorders, shock management, volume replacement and the utilization of bedside ultrasound to improve management, assessment, and treatment of patients in the ED.
