On Tuesday following lectures at 12:50 pm, the Hyatt chefs will teach you how to make a healthy meal on the physician on the go! With 10 items or less and 45 minutes, you can make a filling, scrumptious, and healthy meal that will impress everyone!
Join us on Monday, April 8 at 4:30 pm to mix your way into the week with a hands on experience learning how to mix the perfect cocktails. Expert bartenders will be there to instruct on spirits, mixers, garnishes, and the age old question of whether to shake or stir! You’ll impress your guests and other Spring Seminar attendees as you learn the secret, signature cocktail that will be served at the Welcome Reception that evening.
Oak barrel or steel barrel? Full body or light body? Learn the subtleties and enjoy the experience of wine tasting at this course! Treat yourself to a wine tasting Wednesday after lecture at 12:45 pm and learn how to swirl, smell, and taste to get the most out of your experience.
A night under the stars is a perfect way to end a Thursday! Join us for a movie on the Cypress Courtyard lawn at 8:00 pm for the chance to enjoy popcorn, soda, and maybe a drink or two! Families welcome!

stations and areas set up to showcase parts of the ED with interactive experiences for all ages. As a
family-friendly organization, it’s important to ACOEP that you get to share the work you do as an EP
with your own family.
