Attesting CME

How to Obtain CME Credit

1. Click here to attest to your CME.

2. You will first be required to fill out a brief course evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will be directed to the CME attestation form to confirm all the conference sessions & events you are claiming credit for. Please note credit for workshops is based on pre-registration, please only claim credit for courses you attended.

3. The CME attestation form will close on Friday, April 26th, 2019. Please make every effort to complete this process prior to the closing date.

4. Starting Monday, April 29th, 2019 all learners who have completed the evaluation and attestation forms will receive their CME certificate via email.

DO Learners

ACOEP will report your credit hours to the AOA on your behalf. Please ensure you submit the correct AOA number on the attestation form to avoid delays in processing.

Questions about the credit claiming process, please email for assistance. Learners that do not complete the credit claiming process prior to the closing date of the attestation form must email for assistance.
