What kind of CME credits are these sessions?
These sessions will be AOA Category 1A as well as ACCME AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

How do I claim CME credits for these sessions?
Please use the link found on the CME webpage or CLICK HERE to claim CME credits for the Virtual Grand Rounds. Watching sessions in the Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media) is only the platform to watch the recordings that you missed and not where you will claim credits. Once the series ends, the courses will be available for purchase for those who did not register for the Virtual Grand Rounds as it was taking place.

I signed up for the full package but missed a session, will I be able to watch the session I missed?
Yes, we are recording each of the sessions. For those who have purchased all 15 sessions, you will have access to the recordings so you can catch up on any that you missed. These will be stored in the Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media) and will be placed in your account at no cost.

I signed up for the full package but needed to leave the session early, will I be able to watch the full session so I can claim CME?
Yes, by purchasing all 15 sessions, you will have access to all of the recordings allowing you to catch up on any full or partial sessions that were missed. These will be stored in the Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media) and will be placed in your account at no cost.

I signed up for the full package after the series started, will I be able to watch previous recordings to catch up?
Yes, by purchasing the full package of sessions, regardless of when you signed up, you will have access to the recordings through the Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media).

How soon will recordings of previous sessions be available in the Digital Classroom?
Recordings will be uploaded to your Digital Classroom account 1 week after the session takes place.

Will recordings of Virtual Grand Rounds sessions be available in the Digital Classroom for individual purchase?
Yes, the recordings will be uploaded to the Digital Classroom for purchase after the series ends. If you didn’t want to buy the whole series and/or are unable to make it on the day of a session that you’re interested in, you will be able to purchase individual sessions through the Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media) for CME credits after the series takes place.

I just signed up, when will I get the Zoom link for the session?
Depending on when you sign up, links will be sent out to attendees a week prior, 3 days prior and around 2pm CT the day of the session. If you sign up for the Virtual Grand Rounds between 1:00pm – 4:00pm CT on the day of a session, please email us at info@acoep.org. We will do our best to add you to the attendee list and make sure to get you the link, however if we do not see your email in time, you will have access to the missed session through your Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media) account within one week of the session taking place.

I signed up within an hour of the session starting, will I be able to get the link to attend?
If you register for the package after 4:00pm CT on the day of a session we will be busy setting up the webinar and cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to attend the session as it’s taking place. However, since you purchased the session, it will be available to watch through your Digital Classroom (aka Peach New Media) account within one week of the session taking place.
