Thank you for participating in our Virtual Grand Rounds Summer Webinar Series!

Claim your CME credits and complete your attestation for the webinar series using the link below.  Note that this platform is most compatible with the Google Chrome web browser.

All credits will be reported to the AOA at the end of each month and then we will do a bi-monthly check after the series ends to see if there have been new attestations after that.

Use the link to claim your CME credits. The form will be active throughout the series however, you can only attest to sessions that you have participated in and that have already taken place. You can go back to the form to add new sessions as they take place. This will not be editing your previous attestation, it will be creating a new one for the new sessions. We will not be reporting any CME credits to the AOA for sessions that have not taken place yet as we need to verify attendance.

If you need further assistance or have questions, we’re ready to assist! Email the team at info@acoep.org.

Thank you!
