The ACOEP negotiated rate is $269 per night for single/double occupancy, plus a discounted resort fee of $25 plus tax per room, per night. Room and rates are based on availability and subject to state and local fees/taxes.
Resort fee includes:
- Complimentary internet in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel
- Complimentary Self and Valet Parking
- 24 Hour Fitness Center access
- Unlimited local, toll free and domestic long distance telephone calls (all 50 states)
- Tennis court access (based upon availability)
- Access to all three (3) resort pool districts (with complimentary towel service)
- In-room PressReader Service (with complimentary access to thousands of digital newspapers and magazines)
A deposit for the first night’s room and tax is due upon confirming your reservation. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Discount deadline: Friday, September 30, 2022.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
Discounted rooms are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted room rates apply only to ACOEP attendee reservations received before Friday, September 30, provided rooms are still available in the ACOEP room block. Reservation requests made after this date will be confirmed on a space available basis at prevailing hotel rates.

Attire and Weather
Attire for ACOEP meetings is business casual. Average daytime high temperature in Las Vegas in late October is 75°F; the average low temperature is 53°F. Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, ACOEP recommends bringing a light sweater or jacket.
