The ACOEP 2023 Spring Seminar will be held at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort, where ACOEP has negotiated a discounted room rate of $249.00 per night plus applicable taxes and a nightly resort fee. Rooms and rates are based on availability and subject to state and local fees/taxes. Be sure to make reservations by Friday, March 10, 2023; afterwards, the discounted room rates may not apply. The discounted rate may be available prior to and after the meeting dates, depending on availability.
Please note the rate does not include:
- 12.57% room tax per room per night

- One-time $7 bell staff fee
- One time $7 housekeeping fee
- Total Charges on the Website will include applicable room tax.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations of reservations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
Child policy:
Children 17 and younger may stay in the parent’s room free of charge.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Discounted room rates are available three days before and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
