The ACOEP 2024 Spring Seminar will be held at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, where ACOEP has negotiated a discounted room rate of $235 per night plus applicable taxes and a nightly resort fee. Rooms and rates are based on availability and subject to state and local fees/taxes. Be sure to make reservations by Friday, April 5, 2024; afterwards, the discounted room rates may not apply. The discounted rate may be available for days prior to and after the meeting dates, depending on availability. The ACOEP Room Block is sold out on the nights of April 25th and 26th.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

On-site Parking and Valet
The valet parking fee is $52 per day plus applicable taxes. Overnight guests have in/out privileges. The self-parking fee is $36 per day plus applicable taxes.
Meeting Attire
Attire for the conference is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures fluctuate, attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.

HOUSING SCAM ALERT
Unauthorized third parties may try contacting ACOEP attendees/exhibitors and offer discounted hotel rooms for Spring Seminar 2024. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. Should you be contacted by any agency, please email ACOEP at info@acoep.org with the details.
The American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians will refund registration fees, less a processing fee, to any registrant who is unable to attend educational programs, and notifies the College, in an email to info@acoep.org, one month prior to the date of the event. If truly emergent circumstances arise, and can be documented, this policy will hold true at any time, including just prior to the beginning of the program. In that circumstance, please reach out to us at info@acoep.org and we can assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. The ACOEP will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by a participant due to inclement weather or travel difficulties. Registration fees will not be refunded based on these reasons.
In the event ACOEP must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ACOEP will refund the cost of registration. However, ACOEP does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; including charges made for travel and lodging.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ACOEP from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
