Our conference app is the easiest way to get all the latest information on the event and schedule. In 2022, 99% of in-person and virtual attendees utilized the mobile app. A Sponsor logo and link to your company’s website will be placed on the homepage of our App which is guaranteed to be viewed by attendees. Our Apps Team works closely with you and our designer to create a logo that fits perfectly into our style guide. Graphics must be pre-approved by ACOEP.
Mobile App Push Notifications $2,000.00
Get the word out about your latest exciting news, exclusive offers, and more by communicating directly with our attendees — on their mobile devices, without the need for email. Eight opportunities are available, limit 2 (two) per company. Text-only push notification.
Mobile App Banner Ads $2,000.00
Make sure that users notice your ad and get to your product. With Mobile App Banner Ads, you can display an ad on the conference app. Your ad will be displayed until 30 days after the event, which helps increase the chances of your business reaching more attendees. Eight opportunities are available.
Wireless Internet is a vital part of the 2023 Scientific Assembly, and your support by becoming a Wireless Partner can help us provide an exceptional experience for our attendees. As a Wireless Partner, you receive:
- Exclusive sponsorship of wireless internet
- On-site signage
- Recognition on log-in instructions given to every attendee
- Logo on conference emails
- Logo on conference websites
- Dedicated password and landing page when logging in to the wireless Internet
All attendees must use the wireless internet at the conference to access the conference app.
Sponsorship Cost $8,000.00 each
Your brand will be on full display! You can be sure that your customers will start their day off with your brand in mind and end their day with a reminder of your brand. (lanyards are provided by ACOEP, If you would prefer to provide lanyards, we can discuss a lower rate)
Positioned next to the registration desk this large monitor will display up-to-date conference information for the length of the conference as well as ACOEP and Purchased Ads. with its location in the main registration area your brand will be seen by every attendee at our event. The sponsor is recognized through signage completely around the monitor and on video ads playing with other ACOEP and purchased ads throughout the event!
Digital Display Ads on Monitor – $2,000.00
Promote your company’s exhibit booth, product, or upcoming event on the Registration video monitor. – Ads will run alongside ACOEP and other sponsored content.
