We are thrilled to announce two new players joining the ACOEP team—Gabi Crowley, Digital Media Coordinator, and Nicole Heilman, Continuing Medical Education Manager.
Both women come to ACOEP with excellent experience and vision, and are certain to be valuable assets to the entire ACOEP family.
“Nicole and Gabi are vital additions to ACOEP,” says Executive Director Jan Wachtler. “They each bring something new to the table and I’m confident that they will help to continue ACOEP’s success.”
A native of Orland Park, Illinois and a graduate of Illinois State University, Nicole most recently worked at American Physician Institute and was involved in planning various ACCME-approved, ABMS-related board examination review courses.
“I could not be more pleased to have Nicole join our staff,” says Director of Education Services Kristen Kennedy. “She has real boots on the ground experience when it comes to the accreditation process, compliance, and planning excellent educational events. We are so lucky to have her!”
Nicole has a wealth of information on planning, implementing, and evaluating all CME activities and is looking forward to working with the ACOEP staff to expand offerings for members.
Gabi Crowley was born and raised in Detroit and comes to Chicago via Los Angeles where she worked for an entertainment company honing her skills in social media, writing, editing, and digital content production.
“Gabi has a wonderfully fresh perspective,” says supervisor Erin Sernoffsky. “She’s already building strong online communities, and I encourage all of our members to see what she has been working on through our Facebook page and Twitter feed.”
Gabi is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she studied Film, Video and Media studies and is excited to be back in the Midwest, exploring Chicago. Gabi is building strong online communities for our members and will soon take responsibility for the ACOEP website and email marketing.
