The ACOEP 2023 Scientific Assembly will be held at the Washington Hilton, where ACOEP has negotiated a discounted room rate of $269.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Rooms and rates are based on availability and are subject to state and local fees/taxes. Be sure to make reservations by the beginning of July, the discounted room rates may not apply.
Daily Mandatory Destination Charge will be added to the room rate and includes Premium guest internet access (up to 3 devices); daily $20 food and beverage credit; Lyft bicycle ride, up to 3 hours daily.
ACOEP Accommodations
To get the discounted rate, reserve a room online or call the Washington Hilton direct at +1-202-483-3000; ask to speak with a group reservation agent and identify yourself as an ACOEP meeting attendee.
All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Discounted room rates are available three days before and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Unauthorized third parties may try contacting ACOEP attendees/exhibitors and offer discounted hotel rooms for Scientific Assembly. There are two area airports to choose from. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Reagan National Airport is located approximately 6 miles from the Washington Hilton. This hotel does not provide shuttle service. Estimated transportation costs are:

Metro:
Washington Hilton is located a short metro ride from the National Mall and a 10-minute walk to the Dupont Circle Metro Station (Red Line).
Dulles International Airport(IAD)
Dulles International Airport is located approximately 27.2 miles from the Washington Hilton. This hotel does not provide shuttle service. Estimated transportation costs are:

Weather and Meeting Attire
Climate in the Washington DC area in August is characterized by average daily highs in the low 80 degrees Fahrenheit and average daily lows of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Attire for the conference is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures fluctuate, attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.
