We offer a downloadable template that you can personalize and give to your manager. Check it out by clicking here.

We have a downloadable schedule-at-a-glance here.
The detailed schedule can be found here.

We will be offering the Airway Workshop on Friday, August 11 for an additional fee. This can be added to your registration during the registration process.

We love our students and have programming specifically geared for you.

There are student labs, student-specific lectures, and a leadership academy.  Plus there is a special speed dating session where students meet with various program representatives to learn more.

You will have the opportunity to connect with other medical students and learn about their experience.  You will be able to speak directly to residents and learn what to expect on the next stage of your journey.  Plus you will have access to some of the top minds in emergency medicine.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn, connect and get involved with ACOEP.

Program directors know that the Scientific Assembly is a great learning opportunity for residents.

Our resident specific programming brings you the opportunity to connect with other residents and learn about their experience.  Plus you will have access to some of the top minds in emergency medicine.  Residents in their third and fourth year are invited to the New Physicians in Practice sessions too. Not only will you get a glimpse into your upcoming future, you’ll be able to meet and ask questions of the people who are living it.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn, connect and get involved with ACOEP.

We have programming for you – the new physician – on topics specific to your experience. This is an excellent chance to meet other physicians in their first five years out of residency and get your questions answered. Learn that you are not alone!

But there is so much more to experience as well. Don’t reinvent the wheel; get insider tips that work from tried and true professionals. The intimate and collegial setting gives you opportunities to mix and mingle with seasoned professionals, especially at our welcome reception, the FOEM gala, or even in the halls.

Plus, if you are a recent 2023 graduate, we have a special deal for you. Become an ACOEP member by June 30 and receive a coupon code for 50% off the conference price. For more information on this promotion, contact our office at info@acoep.org.

There will!  Join us for A Cherry Blossom Fantasy. You can register for the FOEM Gala for an additional fee during the registration process.

Register by 11:59 CT, Saturday, July 15, and save $100 ($200 savings from the onsite price).

Our Scientific Assembly is fully in-person and will not be streamed live. However, we will be offering a digital lecture package worth up to 45 CME that will be available for purchase at a deeply discounted rate with your conference registration. Recorded sessions from the conference will be available through the Digital Classroom.

Yes, the normal dates for our fall Scientific Assembly are usually in October. Unfortunately this year we found that our contract dates in October were directly competing with ACEP’s Scientific Assembly. We made the decision to move our dates, and the only dates the hotel had available were in August.

No, with the 2024 year, we will return back to our normal October dates.

We are in the process of finalizing our CME count and will announce it here soon.  But with over four days of content, you can be guaranteed a robust CME opportunity.

If you have additional questions or need assistance,  email info@acoep.org.

The American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians will refund registration fees, less a processing fee, to any registrant who is unable to attend educational programs, and notifies the College, in writing, one month prior to the date of the event.  If truly emergent circumstances arise, and can be documented, this policy will hold try at any time, including just prior to the beginning of the program.  In that circumstance, in addition to the $100 processing fee, any other actual costs that are attributed to that particular participant may be deducted from the registration fee.  (Example: the cost of a special workshop syllabus, over and above the syllabus prepared for all participants.) The ACOEP will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred to a participant due to inclement weather or travel difficulties.  Registration fees will not be refunded based on these reasons.
